頂泰豐 blah blah blah... yes, we've all heard about this dumpling house a few too many times. But, you cannot deny their mastery. These chefs got the system down! 
 
Went to Yilan for Chinese New Year and discovered crepe-making, Taiwanese style. Unlike the French, Taiwanese need no batter bowls nor ladles/tools. We keep it simple and clean: a hot pan and portable handheld batter. And voila ~ perfectly thin, crispy crepes. Gotta love the efficiency!
